IAM Drive & Survive to highlight driver training benefits under new appointment

Tracey Speke becomes business development manager for the Midlands as the firm focuses on continuing its growth and position in the driver risk management and driver training markets through the provision of online, on-site and on-road driver development programmes.

Speke has 17 years’ automotive experience, having previously worked in contract hire and leasing and occupational road risk. She has held roles at ALD Automotive as a Corporate Account Manager and latterly as a Business Development Manager in the driver training market with both Peak Performance & Cardinus (RAC Risk Management).

She commented: ‘I am really passionate about driver training and the benefits this service delivers to many companies and their drivers. It is all about saving lives and ensuring drivers out on the roads are much safer and better equipped to deal with hazards. This is at the heart of everything IAM Drive & Survive does so my role here is a great fit for me.

‘I am so proud to be joining part of the Institute Of Advanced Motorists, the UK’s leading road safety charity and in IAM Drive & Survive, arguably they have the most experience of delivering post-test driver training to commercial companies.’
