Isotrak & TTS360 offer impact detection management for CV fleets

Under an agreement signed between Isotrak and incident management service provider TTS360 at the recent Commercial Vehicle Show, TTS360’s 24/7/365 incident response team will be notified of any collisions to provide instant roadside assistance.

The innovative agreement with TTS360 will now see Isotrak’s G-force enabled devices automatically notify the incident response service when the vehicle is involved in a collision, so that they can act as quickly as possible to manage the incident to reduce claims costs using immediate roadside, third party capture techniques.

TTS360 offers a full suite of incident management services including claims management, damage repair, replacement vehicles and legal services.

TTS360 commercial director, Dean Mugglestone said: ‘This innovation will change the way fleets operate and manage the accident notification process in the future.

‘By automatically notifying TTS360’s specialist 24/7/365 response team as soon as an accident occurs, they can get to work as soon as possible to manage the incident on behalf of the business. The incident support team will then contact the driver to provide immediate assistance.

‘Ultimately it means we can save fleets time and money by proactively managing and organising repairs, vehicle replacement and any third party claims, whilst at the same time provide support for personal injuries.’

Isotrak’s managing director, Greville Coe, said: ‘We are very excited to announce further product innovation which will deliver tangible benefits for our clients and are delighted to have signed an exclusive deal with TTS360. Our customers will now be able to benefit from proactive management of their vehicles involved in collisions which will substantially minimise the claims cost to their business following any incident.’
