The new fleet – a mix of 4×4 single cab, extended cab and double cab utility-spec models – will be delivered over the next three months.
The pick-ups will all be finished in silver and will be fitted with drop-in top liner bodies from Strongs and racking from Bott. Each vehicle will be supplied with BF Goodrich All Terrain tyres, full Chapter 8 livery and will be Environment Agency branded.
Alan Able, fleet operations manager for Isuzu, said: “I’m very pleased that our biggest order to date is with the Environment Agency because it signals that our offer stands up to the most rigorous and exhaustive scrutiny.
“In the D-Max, low running costs, unrivalled reliability and exceptionally tough off-road capabilities are combined with a quality interior and refined driving experience. And with a renewed, dedicated fleet management and support operation at Isuzu UK, we believe we’ve a compelling offer for fleet operators.”
