Iveco showcases tipper expertise at TipEx

Iveco is showcasing its light and heavy solutions to the specialist, aggregates, bulk & tipper haulage industry at the TipEx show this week.

Iveco’s line-up at TipEx includes a 3.5t Daily Arboriculture Tipper from its ready-to-roll Driveaway programme

The show runs from today until Saturday (30 September to 2 October) at the Harrogate International Convention Centre in Yorkshire, returning after a one-year hiatus.

On the stand this year, Iveco will display its latest heavy-duty vehicles, such as the recently launched X-Way in tipper chassis and tipper-grab form.

Also on display at the lighter end, will be a 3.5t Daily Arboriculture Tipper from its ready-to-roll Driveaway programme.

All Driveaway vehicles in stock are built to Daily Business specification, comprising air conditioning, cruise control with speed limiter, electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors, and front fog lights.

According to Iveco, the dedicated model-line badging can help to boost resale values by up to £1,000 at 12 months old.

The ARB Tipper variant is built on the 35C16H, with twin rear-wheels, 3750mm wheelbase, heavy-duty homologated 160hp 3.0 F1C diesel engine and six-speed manual gearbox.

As standard, it also includes the new Construction Pack, comprising TPMS, sump guard, cross-axle locking differential, elliptical rear springs and towing electrics, plus Hill Descent Control & Traction+.

The tipper uses remote-controlled three-stage electronic under-floor tipping gear with a high-sided aluminium Brit-Tipp tipping body with aluminium tool lockers mounted behind the cab barn doors, adjustable chip-hood and ladder rack on a galvanised steel chassis.

It also features a pull-out rear step, LED safety beacons and towbar.
