The event is once again being held at the NEC in Birmingham, from 26-28 April, and will see visitors to Jaama’s stand offered the chance to win a day’s free post-event consultancy in their office in a free prize draw.
Jaama’s Key2 software offers a number of modules to commercial vehicle operators, such as:
- Defect management reporting with ‘walk round’ vehicle appraisals
- Operator Licence management with Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) data recorded against individual vehicles
- Plant management
- Employee driver licence validation
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) management
- Accurate vehicle maintenance management to keep vehicle downtime to a minimum
The functionally rich system enables reports to be produced, saved, scheduled and distributed, enabling operators to manage by exception and make strategic business decisions. Key2 technology also best-in-class accreditation to the Microsoft Gold standard this year.
Jaama managing director Martin Evans said: “Many commercial vehicle fleets have invested in our Key2 technology to improve operating efficiencies and compliance as they realise current practices are no longer suitable due to ever changing business and legislative demands.
“Whether historically using a spreadsheet system or outdated software, many organisations have recognised that if they ‘spend to save’ they will reap significant cost savings and administration efficiencies and meet their compliance obligations.”
