Jaama has added to its senior leadership team with two new appointments to future-proof its IT infrastructure and product offering.

The fleet management software firm, whose customer fleet has now passed the milestone of 1.5 million vehicles for the first time, has recruited Mark Francis as chief product officer while Marc Harris steps into the chief technology officer role.
Francis brings more than 25 years of experience in software development and product innovation. He is recognised for his data-driven approach, having delivered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, mobile-first apps, and AI-led products across a variety of sectors. Development of these product areas will form a key part of his new role at Jaama.
“I’ve a passion for high-growth, product performance improvements. 2025 will be an exciting year for Jaama and I am looking forward to adding value to our product portfolio that will address our customers’ pain points,” he added.
Meanwhile, Marc Harris delivers over 25 years of experience in technology leadership across industries where software quality, scalability and reliability are crucial.
“I’m looking forward to modernising and streamlining the way we build software and deliver it to customers,” said Harris. “Jaama is uniquely positioned to lead the fleet management sector, and I’m keen to contribute to its continued growth and success.”
Since launching in 2004, Jaama has rapidly become a leader in fleet management software for various industries including leasing, rental, corporate and the public sector.
Andrew Holgate, Jaama’s CEO, said: “Jaama continues to concentrate on its customer-centric focus, and we look forward to Mark and Marc strengthening the product and technology offering to our customers.”
These two senior appointments, along with the recent additions of Rhianna Greaves as customer success director and Michelle Batty as head of marketing, underscore Jaama’s commitment to future growth and innovation.
