Jaama to show fleets how to ensure legislative compliance at CV Show

Jaama is returning to the Commercial Vehicle Show as it puts the spotlight on how its technology can enable fleets to maximise operating efficiency and ensure compliance.

The MyVehicle App complements Key2 in reducing administration, with information, including daily walk-around vehicle checks, immediately updated in Key2

Used by some of the UK’s most high-profile commercial vehicle fleets – including DHL Supply Chain and Mitie – the firm’s Key2 software enables businesses to operationally and strategically manage all commercial vehicles.

This includes increasing fleet and business efficiency by analysing and manipulating data to make accurate predictions and strategic management decisions, reducing operating costs and maximising vehicle uptime.

At the CV Show – which takes place at the NEC, Birmingham, from 28-30 April – Jaama will have the entire Key2 product suite on display, enabling operators to see its capabilities first hand via five touch screen demonstration areas. Jaama will also have a team of five personnel, who have more than 80 years of combined industry experience between them, on hand to provide information and advice.

It is the fifth consecutive year that Jaama has exhibited at the Commercial Vehicle Show. Managing director Martin Evans said: “Jaama continues to work very closely with commercial vehicle fleet operators using Key2 and the industry as a whole to further enhance the software to drive greater integration, efficiencies and ensure legislative compliance.

“Key2 software is the most recommended by fleets to their peers and Jaama has consistently found that Commercial Vehicle Show attendees visit the company’s stand looking for further information resulting in significant lead generation and ultimately orders and system implementation.”

Jaama, which is an associate member of the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) and a partner to the Freight Transport Association’s Van Excellence scheme, will also spotlight how Key2 utilisation enables operators to work towards the goal of a paperless office environment through a range of specific modules and products including its

Maintenance Exchange maintenance and compliance platform, which previewed at last year’s CV Show, and the ‘MyVehicle App’, which provides company car and van drivers with essential fleet information while ensuring that data uploaded by drivers automatically updates the Key2 system.

For operators managing their own commercial vehicle workshops, Key2 Workshop and Stores Management is a totally integrated tool that utilises touchscreen technology within a workshop to reduce administration and aids real-time management information.
