Jaama will spotlight its Key2 Asset Management software as well the newly launched Maintenance Exchange maintenance platform at the Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham.
The CV Show takes place from 31 August to 2 September at the NEC and will include demonstrations of the Maintenance Exchange platform at Jaama’s stand in the Workshop Sector.
The solution integrates with Key2 but also other fleet systems and enables seamless maintenance booking, authorisation of work and invoicing and auditing of vehicle maintenance work.
The platform can be used to hold and share vehicle maintenance information, such as MOT certifications, vehicle inspection sheets, servicing and routine maintenance documents. These can be uploaded by service and repair centres and then shared between vehicle owners/operators and the DVSA.
Meanwhile, vehicle maintenance work can be electronically authorised through the platform in a couple of clicks saving valuable time. Real-time communication plus scheduled and automated notifications significantly reduces administrative burden and helps keep vehicle downtime to a minimum.
“Fleets are having to do more with less people who are potentially working remotely which are being raised as key frustrations and the launch of Maintenance Exchange really helps fleets to keep on top of their maintenance and compliance regimes in difficult circumstances,” said Jaama’s managing director Martin Evans.
“It’s great to see the CV Show is back and we are pleased to be part of the new-look event. Maintenance Exchange has been specifically developed for commercial vehicle fleets, so the show provides us with the perfect opportunity to engage with end-user fleets,” he added.
