Klipboard buys Ram Tracking to enhance field service solutions

Klipboard, a global provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business management software, has acquired Ram Tracking for an undisclosed sum.

Ram Tracking works with more than 22,000 SMEs across Europe and North America

Ram Tracking provides cloud-based mobile work management solutions and its platform currently services more than 22,000 SME customers across Europe and North America.

It processes millions of data points each day, delivering insights for customers to make business-critical decisions daily that optimise deliveries, improve efficiency and utilisation of assets, and enhance productivity of the field assets and workforce.

Klipboard said the acquisition provides its customers with a more comprehensive solution to manage their physical operations and complements its growing suite of solutions.
