PSD Vehicle Rental has provided a specialised fleet of vehicles to support Lanes Group’s newly awarded contract with Yorkshire Water.
The new fleet of 70-plus will enable Lanes Group to deliver a range of essential services, from maintaining water systems to implementing vital infrastructure projects.
The purpose-built vehicles are tailored to meet the demands of these critical services. The new fleet includes Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 317 Pro L2H2 vans. Designed for the demands of infrastructure maintenance, these are kitted out with a 3,000kW inverter for enhanced operational efficiency, prismatic Chapter 8 livery with Highway Maintenance signage, customised racking systems for equipment and tool storage, and vital safety features that include beacons and towbars.
The new fleet also includes Ford Transit double cab 350 leader tippers. Specifically adapted for utility work, the vehicles are also equipped with 3,000kW inverters and prismatic Chapter 8 livery with Highway Maintenance signage, alongside ball and pin towbars for versatile towing capability.
The new vehicles mark a major step forward in PSD’s longstanding partnership with Lanes Group.
