The latest updates include ‘snail trails’ to show fleet managers where their drivers are using the most fuel, and where they are using less. This will now assist fleet operators in making informed decisions about routes their vehicles take in an effort to further increase fuel efficiency and decrease costs.
Managers can also use the web portal in order to easily display and configure Driver Tacho Card renewal dates, reducing administration times and mitigating the risk of sanctions should these dates not be spotted.
The new update has also integrated new vehicle icons, which will enable easier navigation of the web portal besides offering managers the ability to track specific vehicles via their VIN and Chassis Numbers.
Monthly driver behaviour scores will also be available to view with ease, users of the portal will now be able to access the data by simply hovering over the driver’s name.
John Watkins, executive chairman of Trakm8, said: “We are always committed to improving the technology available to fleet managers. At Trakm8, we understand that with the quantity of highly informative data available to them, our web portal must be able to provide this in a quick and comprehensive manner. I believe that this update will be greatly welcomed by SWIFT6 users and fleet managers nationwide.”
