Gregory brings over 10 years’ experience of the road transport industry to his new role and joins DEL at a time of prosperity for the company – his arrival follows another record-breaking year for the Oxfordshire-based company, which is preparing to unveil the latest addition to its market-leading product range at the 2014 Commercial Vehicle Show.
60% of the customer accounts Jon is now managing are still relatively new to the brand, underlining the recent expansion of the brand.
‘Not only does the DEL range outshine the competition in terms of its quality, capability and all round “fitness for purpose”, it also comes with the finest after sales support,’ Gregory explained. ‘So when this opportunity arose I grabbed it with both hands.
‘There’s huge potential to grow sales, especially with the imminent launch of our heavy-duty retractable lift, which meets the needs of operators seeking a stronger, more robust product. DEL customers really appreciate the fact that we don’t just sell them a lift and walk away, but support them throughout their period of ownership.’
