Liquid Fleet branches out with SMR and damage recharge rental solutions

Liquid Fleet has launched a fully maintained rental product to help customers ease cashflow.

Customers can opt for a car or LCV on a 12- or 24-month rental that includes its first and second service

New and existing customers can opt for a car or LCV on a 12- or 24-month rental that is fully inclusive of its first and second service, thanks to a collaboration with Fleet Assist’s SMR garage network and supply chain services.

Customers get access to Fleet Assist’s 5,200 garage network, which covers both franchised and independent dealers plus an additional 585 mobile units. This includes nearly 4,500 garages that are ‘EV ready’ and can accommodate Liquid Fleet’s growing number of hybrid and EVs across its 2,000-strong fleet.

Fleet Assist will also manage the service booking on behalf of Liquid Fleet’s drivers as well as the technical authorisation process with individual garages.

Martin Potter, Liquid Fleet’s commercial director, said the new maintenance-inclusive rental product launches in response to customers wanting to streamline their cashflow by spreading servicing costs across the rental contract.

It also helps companies meet duty of care obligations by ensuring drivers are driving well-maintained company vehicles.

To further support its customers, Liquid Fleet is also offering the chance to offset their end-of-contract damage recharge costs on a monthly basis across the duration of their contract. This avoids having to pay these costs all in one go.

Currently Liquid Fleet has one of the lowest average damage recharge rates of any rental supplier of just £388.

“Our new products aim to give companies extra peace of mind when renting from Liquid Fleet,” Potter closed.
