The new fleet of Volkswagen Transporters are being used by Magdalene, a leading telecom infrastructure service provider that’s owned by M Group Services, to deliver its services to clients nationwide.

The Transporter 4Motion all-wheel drive vans were chosen for their abilities in both on- and off-road working environments and are equipped with a bespoke new fit-out design by Bott – in fact, they’re the first fleet vans in the UK to feature this conversion.

Developed in collaboration with MGSPFS, the new Bott design includes underfloor drawers and three Euro boxes for storing tools and equipment, as well as a high-powered inverter kit and a non-slip plywood deck.

It also features a bespoke ladder storage pocket, designed to exact specifications, along with a laptop holder, first aid bracket and hygiene system on the rear door.

Tony Raymond, head of fleet operations at M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions, said: “The conversion that we have developed with Bott provides Magdalene with an excellent vehicle to deliver the best possible service in this working environment. The feedback on the new vehicle from our technicians has been excellent.”
