To celebrate the launch, existing Motors.co.uk customers will have every van they buy at the auction listed on the classified site by 4pm the same day, while customers yet to join the trading website will be given the opportunity to open a fast track account and enjoy similar benefits.
Manheim is also encouraging buyers to its launch day celebrations, offering to pay the £65 stock plan listing fee for every NextGear Capital UK customer, so that buyers can add every van they buy onto their bespoke stocking plan, free of charge.
The event is set to feature more than 200 units, including vans and trucks, from brands such as Lex Autolease, Burnt Tree, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Hitachi Capital Commercial Vehicles, SG Equipment Finance and T.O.M. Vehicle Rental.
James Davis, director of commercial vehicles at Manheim, commented: ‘We're incredibly excited to be launching a CV sale programme at Shotts. We strive to place customers at the heart of everything we do and hope that our "joined-up thinking" strategy makes the process easier than ever for our valued clients.
‘By giving customers the opportunity to make the most of our full suite of products and services, we're demonstrating our award-winning abilities in a way never before seen in the CV wholesale arena.’
