Marshall Fleet Solutions enhances training team with new appointment

Jupp leads a three-strong training team covering the Marshall Thermo King transport refrigeration, Marshall tail lift and Marshall fleet management divisions at the Cambridge-based company.

Reporting to HR Manager, Mascha Pond, Jupp is managing the delivery of all the training activities within Marshall Fleet Solutions to ensure skill levels are maintained and developed in support of the company’s trading strategy.

He brings a long history in the automotive industry, including nine years at tail lift manufacturer Dhollandia as technical training manager and was recently employed by West Anglia Training Association as lecturer in mechanical maintenance engineering.

“Nigel has extensive experience within the commercial vehicle industry and is a welcome addition to the Marshall team. His proven expertise is being put to good use to ensure that our training programmes continue to develop in line with the company’s forward growth and expansion plans,” said George Ralph, managing director, Marshall Fleet Solutions.
