Supplied by the Heathrow branch of Mercedes-Benz Vans dealer group Rygor, the X 250d joins a fleet of five VW Amaroks (2.0 and V6) used to deliver up to 1,000kg of coloured plastic and raw materials to customers, mainly in the UK but also in Europe, from the firm’s purpose-built facility just outside of London.

Managing director Nigel Batt said: “The X-Class offers a fantastic ride quality for a commercial vehicle and the usual high-end materials associated with Mercedes-Benz are used in the cabin set up – I look forward to the V6 version arriving mid-2018. Rygor Heathrow provided an excellent service from the initial order being placed to a comprehensive handover at the point of delivery.”
