Maxus continues dealer network expansion with Brindley Group deal

Maxus UK has expanded its dealer network further with the addition of the Brindley Group.

The Maxus e Deliver 3 launched in summer 2020 with up to a 150-mile range

The deal adds 10 new locations, starting first with the Brindley site at Featherstone in Staffordshire.

Maxus will join the likes of Vauxhall, Nissan and Mitsubishi, giving local businesses access to an increased range of LCVs.

Mark Barrett, general manager of Harris Maxus, said: “Brindley is one of the most respected commercial dealer groups in the UK and a welcome addition to the Maxus dealer network.”

He added: “Part of the Maxus promise is to always go the extra mile for our customers, so dealerships are selected on the basis that they can provide a full three-sixty degree offering. Geographical location is also important as we continue to build nationwide coverage, and we believe Brindley is the perfect partner for the Maxus brand and for our customers.”

Despite a challenging year, Maxus has recently launched three new models, starting with the Deliver 9 revealed in summer 2020 and followed by two electric LCVs: the e Deliver 3 plus the e Deliver 9 announced in December 2020.

Che Watson, group managing director at the Brindley Group, said: “It’s an exciting time for the Brindley Group. Not only are we joining forces with an innovative brand like Maxus, but we’re doing so at a time when interest in electric-powered LCVs is growing month after month.

“After a difficult 12 months for businesses of all kinds, we’re looking forward to expanding our LCV offering and helping companies find their feet once again. And by opening at a time when restrictions are relaxing, we’ll be able to coincide with a country that’s once again able to function like it did before the pandemic.”
