Microlise upgrades knowledge portal

The upgrade features a new mobile friendly and responsive design giving drivers and office-based transport professionals the ability to take courses and access resources on mobile, tablet or computer.

The Knowledge Portal also features step-by-step animated courses, lessons and quick reference knowledge–based articles, which help users to learn whilst doing their job.

Courses already exist for many key topics including Microlise Fleet Performance and Journey Management; as well as step-by-step guides for other reporting and grouping features. The upgraded Knowledge Portal adds the capability to run targeted training campaigns and has an enhanced dashboard utility, so that staff engagement can be monitored.

“This is a powerful tool and a central part of our ongoing commitment to customers, whether they are consuming Microlise products directly or via other channels. Combined with our classroom training and benefits realisation activities, this is part of our plan to provide the best service wrap to give customers everything they need to achieve their goals,” said Matthew Hague, executive director – product strategy at Microlise.

The upgrade also features improved simpler navigation and a new product library giving access to the latest release information, including updated release notes following each product development cycle. A new and growing video library has been added to give users access to an additional source of reference information.
