Miele switches to ARI for fleet management deal

Mainly running a fleet of vans, Miele switched to ARI, which provides fleet management solutions to a range of industries and is committed to investing in new technologies to support its customers.

Matt Mason, Miele financial controller, said: “Miele has been delivering a premium service to its customers for over 100 years, with our fleet playing a pivotal role in service delivery. We needed a partner that understood our business, could support our drivers, provide innovative fleet solutions, and deliver it 24/7/365. That partner is ARI.”

Jason Chamberlain, ARI sales & marketing director, added: “Both of our companies are family run with a strong focus on service delivery and innovation. We spent a lot of time listening to Miele to gain a full understanding of their requirements and we look forward to building a successful partnership.”
