Motorpoint completes largest-ever commercial vehicle fleet sale

Motorpoint has sold 40 Ford Transit Custom vans to M&J Evans Construction, marking its largest-ever commercial fleet vehicle sale.

The vans will be used by field-based ground staff working on housing developments throughout the Midlands, the North West and Yorkshire

M&J Evans Construction provides civil engineering, groundwork and foundation services to some of the country’s largest major housebuilders and says it’s seeing unprecedented demand for its services. The new vans will support this and will be used by field-based ground staff working on housing developments throughout the Midlands, the North West and Yorkshire.

The business turned to Motorpoint for help with meeting its specific vehicle requirements. The independent retailer Motorpoint stocks a wide range of nearly new, low-mileage light commercial vehicles, backed by a 14-day money back guarantee.

“We have a large fleet of vehicles,” explained Alison Stubbs, assistant plant and transport manager at M&J Evans Plant, “a number of which needed replacing. I was looking for one supplier that could provide all of the vehicles on time and on budget, rather than having to go through multiple suppliers, which would have been the only other option.”

The vans have all been livered and are already out in the field with the firm’s groundworkers; M&J Evans says it’s already looking at ordering more of the Ford Transit Customs in the near future, more than likely with Motorpoint.
