The DAF Trucks franchise will provide service, maintenance and repairs (SMR) to Novuna’s customers, building on its long-standing relationship with the UK leasing giant.

Novuna’s Engineering and Network team works with key suppliers nationwide to establish an approved network of independent and franchised garages, supporting Novuna’s operating fleet of over 109,000 vehicles.

The approved network provides customers with assurance of receiving high standards of service, maintenance, repair and MOT delivered by approved technicians, minimising planned and unplanned vehicle downtime.

Motus Commercials underwent a stringent independent auditing process to ensure it meets Novuna’s safety and compliance requirements, along with sharing key core values.

The accreditation for Motus Commercials builds additional SMR capacity to support Novuna Vehicle Solutions’ expanding HGV and specialist vehicles fleet.

Lucy Line, deputy managing director at Novuna Vehicle Solutions, said: “Built on a mantra of ensuring we keep our customer’s fleets moving, our approved service network is widely regarded within the industry as the standard for exceptional SMR support for fleets of any complexity, providing customers with assurance that vehicle downtime is always minimised, integral to our fleet management services for businesses.”

Matt Lawrenson, managing director at Motus Commercials, also commented: “Our company values are very much aligned as is our desire to always deliver customer service excellence.

“We support the customers of Novuna Vehicle Solutions right across our UK dealership footprint and we look forward to continuing to strengthen our long-standing relationship.”
