The new vans were bought from one of the firm’s customers, the Gordon Lamb vehicle dealership, and will be used by engineers performing maintenance and installation tasks in the field.
This brings the total vehicle fleet at Network Telecom to 14, which provides UK businesses with a full range of telecommunication services including business phone systems, lines and calls, broadband, business mobiles, marketing on-hold as well as a range of IT solutions.
Network Telecom’s head of sales, Haydn Neville, thanked the Gordon Lamb Group, which has five franchised dealerships and three additional service centre franchises across the East Midlands, for supplying the customised vans.
‘It is always good to do business with our customers. We both have a mission to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction so we didn’t have to look far when we needed to expand our business fleet due to an increase in customer demand,’ he said.
