New appointments to Renault Trucks senior management team

Wrench succeeds Chris Sharp, who takes on the role of managing director of Renault Trucks' wholly owned dealer group, Renault Truck Commercials.

In his new role, Wrench will be responsible for developing the strategy and management of all of Renault Trucks’ aftersales activity in the UK. He will work with Renault Trucks UK’s managing director, Gino Costa, and the aftersales team to develop and maintain the Renault Trucks brand, with the main focus on customer satisfaction.

Wrench joins Renault Trucks from Pullman Fleet Services, part of the Wincanton Group, where he has been a general manager since 2007. He has worked within the commercial vehicle industry since leaving school in 1983 when he started as an apprentice engineer.

He is no stranger to Renault Trucks, as he originally joined the company in 2000, progressing to national fleet account manager and then, in 2004, became the group service manager for Renault Trucks Midlands.

Commenting on his new role, Wrench said: ‘I am delighted to have the opportunity to rejoin Renault Trucks and am looking forward to working with a very strong team in aftersales. As a very customer focused person, I enjoy customer-facing roles and am looking forward to meeting our customers in the dealer network and ensuring we are meeting their needs. I am pleased to be picking up where Chris Sharp left off to continue the success he has achieved so far.’
