Jess Jones has joined ATS Euromaster as head of national fleets as the firm pushes ahead with plans to offer drivers the same personalised experience as retail customers.
Jones brings more than 20 years’ experience of business management at some of Britain’s biggest fleets, having held senior positions at Avis Rent-a-Car, Leasedrive, Lex and CLM Fleet Management.
In her new role she will spearhead new developments, including an expanded mobile inspection service for national fleets, and gathering information that will allow more accurate demand forecasting to improve tyre stock availability. A new app is also planned and will enable drivers to book appointments using their smartphone.
Jones will oversee ATS Euromaster’s strategic account managers in B2B and leasing for cars and vans, and will report in to Peter Fairlie, ATS Euromaster retail and fleet director.
