New Masternaut partnership to offer telematics benefits to couriers

Under the SDCN trading platform, members place work onto the network for other members to make an offer. Members can then use this system for all of the job administration, and upon a job’s completion the delivery information can be put on the network for the company that sold the job.

SDCN members are now being offered access to Masternaut’s telematics to provide information on where their vehicles are, if they reached the customer in time, if vehicles are being utilised effectively, which driver is closest to the next job, and if vehicles are being driven safely.

Richard Mole, owner at SDCN, said: “We always strive to be the better option for our customers, offering realistic costs, reducing end user costs by having couriers and hauliers on the same site, having verified insurance, being a UK-based operation, giving a choice of companies to work with, and of course by having integrity. By partnering with Masternaut, our service can only become better, and we look forward to bringing our customers greater efficiency through telematics.”
