New Roadsense modules include trend analyser & mileage claim system

The new Mileage Claim Module fully complies with HM Revenue & Customs Advisory Fuel Rates for company cars and allows drivers to privately log into the Roadsense system, view their own journey information and verify private and business journeys. It is particularly useful where there is no driver ID system in use and it allows certification documents to be printed and signed for P11D verification.

The new Report Schedule Module integrates with existing Roadsense modules and allows customer administrators to schedule reports to be sent to multiple recipients, at a time and in a format of their choosing, ensuring the management information they need is delivered to their inbox without them having to run the report each time in the Roadsense system.

The Trend Module, aimed at senior managers, presents long-term trends, ensuring that modules such as safety and efficiency are delivering real benefits by providing visibility of long-term risk reduction and efficiency improvements. This module allows not only overall safety trends to be visualised, but also their individual components such as speeding or harsh acceleration to be viewed, allowing businesses to pinpoint individual areas of improvement. Trends can be analysed by fleet, group or individual drivers.

Andrew Tillman, managing director of Roadsense Technology, said: ‘We are committed to launching a range of new modules over the coming months that will provide even more flexibility to satisfy a diverse range of customers who are adopting the Roadsense system.’
