BH Doors & Engineering was founded by Horne and business partner Neil Benham three years ago. The Huntingdon-based company installs, maintains and repairs automatic, manual and fire doors, as well as movable walls, for customers across Central and Southern England.
Supplied by dealer Rygor’s Reading branch, the new van is powered by 163hp and 360Nm of torque, and drives through an optional five-speed automatic transmission.
Its gloss black paintwork is set off by 17in six-spoke alloy wheels and chrome sidebars, as well as a personalised registration plate – BH03 DOR.
‘The Vito Sport is really two vehicles in one,’ commented David Horne. ‘It’s a practical, fuel-efficient van while I’m working, but doubles as a stylish and comfortable private car for the evenings and weekends.
‘I’ve wanted a Vito Dualiner for years and now, with the help of Rygor sales executive, Elena Eton, and some competitive funding from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, I’ve finally been able to fulfil that ambition.
‘The Vito is racked out to carry all of my tools and looks fantastic, so much so that I’ve had a lot of very positive comments from customers and others who’ve seen it on the road,’ he added.
