Nexus scooped two technology focused awards in November, reflecting its commitment to excellence in innovation and growth in the vehicle hire and technology landscapes.
The accolades included ‘Transport Tech Company of the Year’ at the UK Business Tech Awards and ‘Santander Technology Business of the Year’ at the Growing Business Awards. Nexus was also highly commended at the Prolific North Tech Awards in the ‘Tech Company of the Year: Large’ category.
The awards focus on those leveraging technology to drive growth, redefining what is possible or disrupt existing markets.
The judges across the awards were especially impressed by the significant investments in product development, and Nexus’ dedication to enhancing its offerings in the years ahead.
Scott Haddow, chief executive officer at Nexus, said: “It is absolutely fantastic to receive these awards and commendation, and really makes the investment in the business and hard work by our team worthwhile. We are committed to continuing leading the industry with our Iris technology, and this recognition helps push that commitment even further.”
Over the past year, Nexus has rolled out an extensive brand relaunch to amplify the technology-led focus. The business also opened a new business hub in the heart of Leeds and appointed both a chief operating officer and chief revenue officer.
Nexus is now working to continue its growth and investment trajectory, building on its portfolio of technology-led services, strong partnerships and opportunities for growth.
