North West Trucks boosts same-day parts delivery capabilities with new van fleet

DAF dealer North West Trucks, part of the Greenhous Group, has boosted its same-day parts delivery capabilities with the expansion of its van fleet.

The parts delivery fleet has expanded from 10 to 17 vans, with plans to add two more in the near future

Covering Merseyside and Cheshire, the parts delivery fleet has expanded from 10 to 17 vans, including Vauxhall and Fiat, with plans to add two more in the near future.

The vans deliver both DAF and TRP All-Makes parts and workshop consumables to customers for their own businesses and the repair and maintenance of trucks, trailers and vans.

The expansion of the fleet strengthens operations and ensures that customers receive the correct parts quickly.

Chris Poulter, parts sales manager at North West Trucks, said: “Our commitment at North West Trucks has always been to provide first-class service to our customers.

“The expansion of our fleet not only increases our delivery capacity but also reflects our dedication to meeting customer needs promptly and efficiently. These additional vans enhance our ability to ensure that parts are in the right place at the right time.”

Kevin Swinnerton, managing director of the Greenhous Group, commented: “This expansion is a testament to Greenhous Group’s ongoing commitment to investing in our operations to serve our customers better. By strengthening our delivery fleet, we are setting new standards in customer service and care.”
