Located on Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate, the refurbished branch provides enhanced facilities for Northgate’s customers, with the added workshop now offering servicing, vehicle maintenance and repairs.
With inclusive servicing and non-fault maintenance a key product feature of Northgate’s flexible vehicle hire offering, the facilities will play a critical role in ensuring customers in the North Shields area can conveniently access this benefit.
Commenting on the refurbishment, Robert Knowles, operations manager at the North Shields branch, said: ‘The new branch is a real asset to both our existing and new customers, as customers no longer have to rely solely on the Blaydon branch to access workshop facilities in the Tyne and Wear area. This refurbishment is part of a larger investment right across our UK network as we continue to make significant changes in order to maintain our market leading position.’
