Personal Group is a leading provider of employee benefits, employee-related insurance products and financial services in the UK and has seen significant expansion in recent years. Its “Just For You” programme, rolled out on 27 April, offers a broad range of retail and lifestyle discounts as well as Personal Group’s own cash plans.
Hayley Burn, HR business partner at Northgate, said: “The face-to-face delivery was important for us and really appealed when we were looking for suppliers. A lot of our colleagues don’t have access to computers at work so we wanted to make sure they could access the benefits by phone if they wanted to. The initial response has been good and we’ve had some great feedback. We’ve had over 2,000 clicks and our employees have saved £6,500 already.”
