Northgate rental deal provides added flexibility for Leven Energy Services

Under the deal, Leven can access flexible rental of up to 18 vehicles at any one time to suit its requirements. The deal provides Leven with full control over the hire periods across different types of vehicles with varying features such as roof racks, tow bars and customised livery.

The partnership also includes around-the-clock customer support, a pick-up and drop-off service across the UK and the ability for Leven to reduce or increase its fleet at any time, without incurring extra charges or hidden costs

Paul Kelsall, plant manager for Leven Energy Services, commented: ‘Working with Northgate has helped us to apply flexibility to our fleet; something that is of high importance to us as a company with varying fleet needs throughout the year. As our work is within the construction industry, working for large companies such as Balfour Beatty, The National Grid and Electricity North West, variables such as the weather and seasonality can affect our fleet demand without warning; our partnership with Northgate allows us to react to these changes without having to spend excess capital.’

Rachel Sherran, North West account manager for Northgate Vehicle Hire, added: ‘We have worked hard to ensure that our fleet management solutions package helps alleviate time and money Leven has to invest in its fleet, whilst also providing flexibility. We are confident that our flexible partnership will go from strength to strength in 2013 and moving forwards.’
