A new inspections app that can help ensure drivers and vehicles are compliant with Covid-19 precautions and guidelines is now available.
The app has been developed by Drive Software Solutions as part of its ODO fleet management solution and launches ahead of the critical Christmas period to bring vital support to fleets.
Available on iOS and Android, the inspection app includes a Covid-19 precautions checklist for drivers to complete in advance of journeys, as well as vehicle roadworthiness checks such as tyres, windscreens and so on. Crucially, it also includes fitness-to-drive checks for drivers.
It’s particularly aimed at fleets whose vehicles are shared by multiple drivers, such as delivery, distribution and passenger transport companies, but can be used by fleets across the board to cut vehicle and driver risks.
