Intended to will set new standards for customer service in the fleet industry, the centre will provide a single point of contact for dealers and manufacturers and firms that are defleeting.
Commenting on the launch, Mike Pilkington, managing director of Paragon Automotive, said: ‘Our new facility in Corby will raise the bar on the levels of service people can expect in our industry. We are investing in our people and new technology to provide a seamless experience across the vehicle life-cycle. This will drive both innovation and best practice.’
The managed service will provide customers the option of online or human contact with real-time access to vehicle information, claim management and logistics information.
