Pentagon adds Fiat Professional to portfolio

Pentagon Motor Group has opened a Fiat Professional facility at its Greater Manchester site, marking a first for the group portfolio.

David Peel, managing director, Pentagon Motor Group

The Middleton Commercial site at Greengate will offer a complete range of Fiat Professional vans for sale, backed by a full-service centre running extended hours.

The brand will sit alongside Pentagon’s existing Vauxhall Commercials operation, launched on the site in 2016.

The premises will also be further developed with new sales areas and additional heavy commercial van ramps to manage the extra business the venture is expected to bring.

David Peel, managing director, Pentagon Motor Group, said: “The Fiat Professional range is an outstanding commercial proposition and gives our customers tremendous product choice and value for money, all customised to satisfy all business and recreational needs. We are proud to be part of the Fiat Professional brand, which has just built its first-ever van in the UK: a Fiat Scudo built at the Stellantis plant at Luton in late 2022.”

Damien Dally, UK managing director for Fiat and Fiat Professional, added: “We are delighted to grow our business relationship with Pentagon. Their proven experience in looking after commercial vehicle operators is a great addition to our Fiat Professional operational requirements in Greater Manchester.

“The extended opening hours, we know, will be much appreciated by our customers. These fit-for-purpose professional centres really understand the needs of commercial vehicle users, which allows them to ensure their vehicles are in the best condition during times that work best for them.

“We hope to continue our growing relationship with Pentagon in the future.”

The Middleton site is currently going live with all departments and will be fully operational by 1 March.
