Peoplesafe integrates employee safety technology with Geotab

Peoplesafe’s employee safety technology is now integrated with Geotab under a new collaboration.

The integration links the MyGeotab Dashboard and Peoplesafe’s Nexus platform, enabling customers to access key information quickly. The integration also means that Geotab customers can buy Peoplesafe’s employee safety solutions directly via the Geotab Marketplace and keep all of their fleet solutions with a single reseller.

The new alliance builds on Peoplesafe’s existing integrations in the fleet and logistics market. The business collaborates with SureCam to provide a combined safety and dashcam solution to large-scale fleet operators, including Dennis Eagles and Ringway Jacobs.

Naz Dossa, CEO at Peoplesafe, said: “At Peoplesafe, we understand that successful fleet management is not just about operating a number of vehicles safely and protecting assets but, most importantly, it is about looking after the people who operate those vehicles.

“We’re thrilled to see our solutions on the Geotab Marketplace, increasing accessibility of our market-leading technology platform to a wider audience and adding further layers of protection to this essential workforce sector.”

The Peoplesafe safety solution offers API integration, enabling businesses to fully integrate it with existing workforce management technologies.

In the event of an emergency, users can operate their Peoplesafe mobile app to contact the dedicated 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), who will answer within three seconds. If the situation escalates, Peoplesafe says the ARC can dispatch emergency services with faster response times than calling 999.
