Prohire strengthens customer service offering with new appointment

Hirst will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the larger Prohire fleet customers and his role will require him to work closely with customers to ensure high levels of service are maintained.

Commenting on the importance of his new position, Hirst said: ‘Our larger customers rely on Prohire to provide a comprehensive range of services to satisfy their operational requirements across their business, therefore it’s important that we’re fully aware of and satisfy such needs.’

Hirst brings with him over 20 years’ experience in the commercial vehicle sector, having worked in both sales and operational roles.

Speaking about Hirst’s appointment, Andrew Morley, Prohire sales director, said: ‘Prohire is proud of its exceptionally high customer satisfaction rates at every level of the business and Mick’s appointment should be seen as further evidence of our total commitment and dedication to customer support across our business. Mick will play a very important part in our company’s development particularly in view of his broad range of knowledge gained within the commercial vehicle sector.’
