The solution has been developed with software development specialist DBLogic (DBL) to provide quick and easy access to MOT certificates, O-licences, lease contracts, vehicle inspection histories and maintenance schedules, helping operators to aid compliance and improve fleet management.

Prohire’s IT manager, Jim McAlinden, explained: “With a host of essential documents easily accessible from a single location, our new customer portal offers complete transparency and we expect it to be particularly beneficial to businesses operating multiple sites.”

The new portal forms part of the firm’s ongoing investment in its IT infrastructure, which has also seen it enhance quoting and order processing across all areas of its business. Its ‘QuickQuote’ facility now benefits from added functionality, including an order history to simplify and speed up quotes, linked to credit checking facilities.
