Business+ trim adds value for money to the Renault Pro+ Kangoo Z.E. electric van range.

Business+ builds on the Business trim with a few enhancements, including electric wing mirrors and a smarter exterior, that – if individually picked – total £1,070 worth of options, despite the Business+ trim costing just £600 more than the Business trim model, representing a saving of £470.

Business+ trim comes with metallic paint with body-coloured bumpers front and rear, electric folding wing mirrors in gloss black and a central armrest with storage below. In addition, an overhead parcel shelf increases practicality, as does the rubber floor covering in the load area. One-touch electric front windows and rear parking sensors round off the spec sheet.

The Kangoo Z.E. model range is available from £19,380+VAT and including the Plug-in Van Grant, with the Business+ model variant available to order from today with first deliveries expected from Autumn.

On Renault’s Fleet Rate+, the Kangoo Z.E. Business+ costs business users +£2 a month more than the Business model, at £197 per month (based on 10,000 miles/year, advance rental of £1,182 followed by 47 monthly rentals of £197+VAT).

In addition, the Kangoo Z.E. Business+ costs £300 per month (incl. VAT) with Renault’s five-year 0% APR Hire Purchase agreement, or £249 per month on a four-year 0% APR Lease Purchase. Both contracts require a 20% customer deposit and qualify for Renault’s new ‘Drive Now, Pay Later’ incentive whereby qualifying customers pay nothing for the first three months of an agreement.

Renault’s Kangoo Z.E. represents a 30.15% share of the electric van market at present, having grown 217% since last year. The van is available in both medium and long-wheelbase panel van options, has a 143-mile official range per charge from its 33kWh battery and 59hp electric motor. Payload ranges from 605kg to 640kg, with enough space to accommodate a British or Euro pallet. It also benefits from the comprehensive Renault Pro+ three-year/100,000-mile warranty.
