Rivus Fleet Solutions makes two strategic hires for 2022

Rivus Fleet Solutions has announced two key hires for the business for 2022.

Graeme Lumley, BT account director at Rivus

The changes see Graeme Lumley join the Rivus Executive Team as BT account director, while Lucie Nash has been appointed to the sales team as business development director.

Both are key strategic roles for the business. As BT account director, Lumley will lead the delivery of the strategic and commercial development for key account BT. He joins Rivus from LeasePlan, where he spent seven years as account director, and previously held operational and sales roles across the fleet industry, including head of commercial vehicles at Thrifty. He was also part of the founding board of a private equity-backed commercial vehicles business.

Lucie Nash brings over a decade of experience in the fleet industry to Rivus, having previously worked within business development and mobility for Inchcape Fleet Solutions, Fleet Operations and ARI Fleet.

In her new role, she will be responsible for sales and new business development with large-scale fleets around the UK.

David Myers, chief executive officer of Rivus Fleet Solutions, said the appointments come as the business ramps up for a year of rapid growth.

“All areas of Rivus are on an exciting growth trajectory and both Graeme and Lucie will be pivotal in helping us drive our strategic and commercial development forward.

“They both have an abundance of experience and excellent reputations in the fleet industry, and we look forward to seeing what they can both achieve in their roles.”
