Dominic Ilbury, previously van sales manager at the company’s Oxford branch, will head up Rygor’s van business development team in the newly created role of group van business development manager.

He brings a wealth of experience of the Mercedes-Benz brand, starting his career through the manufacturer’s management scheme, and joined Rygor three years ago where he developed the van sales manager role at Rygor Oxford.

Ilbury oversees a team of experienced business sales development staff, including Dawn Smith, Paul Naylor, Bill Kingsmill and Andrea Rigby-Carnell.

Rob Thrift, Rygor group van sales manager, said: “This new team within the van division at Rygor will offer our customers a tailored and dedicated sales experience. The team will utilise its experience of the industry to work with our customers and gain a real understanding of what is important to them and their fleet.”
