Rygor Group drives business expansion with new Apex Van Solutions arm

Rygor Group has launched a brand-new arm of its business, dubbed Apex Van Solutions and based in Reading.

John Lloyd, general manager, Apex Van Solutions

The dealer group, which includes Mercedes-Benz dealer Rygor Commercials and the newly launched Rygor Maxus network, said the new business offers a range of used van sales options, as well as aftersales repair and maintenance. Additional facilities and services will join the Apex brand over the coming months.

It follows the group’s MBO in November 2022 and advances the commitments from John Keogh and Rish Channa, owner-directors at Rygor Group, to drive the Rygor business forward through continued investment in the company’s people, infrastructure and its range of services.

Keogh commented: “At Rygor Group, we want to build on the many successes of our existing businesses. Over the past few months, we’ve been working with our team to ensure we continue to provide more of the services and facilities that promote vehicle uptime, to help support our customers’ businesses.

“The Rygor Commercials arm of our business is multi-award-winning, and for good reason – our team is incredible. It’s important for us to replicate the same values-led ethos at Apex Van Solutions and we will continue to be a rewarding, reliable and respectful business which puts the needs of our customers and our team the heart of all we do.”

John Lloyd, previous van sales manager at Rygor Commercial’s Heathrow Van Centre, will head up the sales division at Apex Van Solutions.

He said: “I’ve worked for the Rygor Group for more than 10 years and in that time, I’ve seen first-hand the ways our business has built on its rich history, by innovating, evolving and not just moving with the times, but by being proactively forward-thinking. Our team has a strong focus on the future, and at Apex Vans Solutions, we are looking forward to welcoming customers and providing a range of used van options, to help them keep their business moving forward.”
