Rygor Group launches free digital Self-Development Journal

A new Self-Development Journal to help people track their journey toward success is now available from Rygor Group.

Designed by the inhouse team at Rygor, which includes Mercedes and Maxus dealer Rygor Auto, the resource has been developed to help individuals reflect, plan and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Originally developed for Rygor employees to support their journeys of growth, it’s now available for free to anyone who wants to take charge of their development, whether as an aspiring leader, a busy professional, or simply someone eager to grow.

A spokesperson for Rygor, which has been recognised as a UK Best Workplace for Development, said: “The journal was inspired by feedback from our team and designed with their needs in mind. It offers practical prompts, space for reflection and a structure that encourages consistent progress over the year.

“And now, we’re thrilled to share it with anyone looking to prioritise their own development.”

The Rygor Self-Development Journal is online here.
