The acquisition, backed by HSBC Bank, adds more than 75,000 sq. ft. of additional warehouse space to Green Fulfilment’s existing 125,000 sq. ft. in Glasgow.

The integration of Omni Channel Fulfilment’s operations will enable Green Fulfilment to offer enhanced services, such as increased scalability, wider geographic reach and flexible fulfilment options.

Green Fulfilment said the tie-up would propel innovation in the logistics sector.

Rukhsar Ahmed, managing director, commented: “With five advanced facilities and over 200,000 sq. ft. of operational space, which is the equivalent of around 18.5 football pitches, we are uniquely equipped to meet the evolving needs of our clients while maintaining the high-quality, sustainable service that defines us.”

Cain Fleming, co-founder of Green Fulfilment, said: “This acquisition not only accelerates our growth trajectory, it also reinforces our dedication to driving the 3PL industry toward a sustainable future. We aim to become the UK’s most sustainable logistics provider, adhering to the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility.”

Both Green Fulfilment and Omni Channel Fulfilment are certified B Corporations (B Corps), reflecting their commitment to high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. Omni Channel Fulfilment also holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, reinforcing its commitment to quality management and sustainability.
