Green Fulfilment, a Scottish sustainable logistics firm, has acquired Swindon-based Omni Channel Fulfilment in a move to expand its services and geographic reach.
The acquisition, backed by HSBC Bank, adds more than 75,000 sq. ft. of additional warehouse space to Green Fulfilment’s existing 125,000 sq. ft. in Glasgow.
The integration of Omni Channel Fulfilment’s operations will enable Green Fulfilment to offer enhanced services, such as increased scalability, wider geographic reach and flexible fulfilment options.
Green Fulfilment said the tie-up would propel innovation in the logistics sector.
