Scottish Water to drive efficiencies under ARI fleet deal

Scottish Water has signed up ARI to provide a fully managed service across its 2,000-strong fleet.

ARI has won the deal to provide a range of fleet management services to Scottish Water

The deal will see ARI provide Service, Maintenance, and Repair (SMR), LGV Compliance & Accident Management services to assets including vans, HGVs, plant and ancillary items.

A key focus of the deal was on the supplier’s capability to deliver a smooth and fast transition of service from the incumbent fleet supplier and ensure minimal disruption to Scottish Water.

ARI also won the deal for its ARI insights fleet management tool, which will provide Scottish Water with complete transparency of the fleet performance at all levels of the business and deliver real-time actionable information.

Ross Shepherd, fleet manager at Scottish Water, said: “Our fleet operates in some of the most remote parts of the country, as well as towns and cities, and it is vital that all our vehicles are well maintained.

“We are pleased to be working with ARI to ensure we can continue to respond to the needs of our customers across Scotland as quickly and efficiently as possible.”
