Selsia boosts operations support

Selsia Vehicle Accident Centres has expanded its operations team with the appointment of a further operations controller.

The addition of Maija Young to the team means Selsia now has four operations controllers plus 43 call handlers in its 24/7 call centre.

Young brings a broad commercial background with roles in a range of sectors, including manufacturing, telecoms and financial services and will use her extensive process and operational experience to further drive operations services.

Marketing director, Neil Marcus commented: “Selsia is going through a period of unprecedented growth, particularly in the fleet and insurance sectors. The addition of Maija to our Operations Team will ensure that we continue to deliver outstanding levels of support to both our fleet clients and our approved network of over 190 car, van, HGV and specialist bodied vehicle repairers.”
