Selsia introduces mobile repair service for fleets

Selsia has launched a nationwide, centrally managed mobile repair service for cars, vans and heavy commercial vehicles.

Jobs that can not be covered by the mobile service will be deployed to fixed site repairers.

The new Selsia Mobile Services solution offers on-site, menu priced bodywork repairs for small area damage to cars and vans. It also provides 24/7 reporting and repair deployment, triage services, online repair management and fixed menu priced repairs for car and van bodywork.

For any repairs that cannot be dealt with by the mobile service, Selsia will automatically redeploy the job to one of its 170 approved, fixed site repairers.

Central invoicing and online repair management of repairs is also included in the service as with all of Selsia’s work.

Selsia’s marketing director, Neil Marcus, said: “Our objective at Selsia is to minimise vehicle loss of use for our clients. With Mobile Services, we have adapted our internal call handling systems and appointed the most professional repairers with whom we will centrally manage this important new service. Carrying out repairs at our customers’ depots and other locations will substantially reduce vehicle loss of use.”
