Selsia van estimating puts fleets in control

The service covers 95% of all bodywork damage and promises significantly reduced VOR times and improved efficiency in managing accidents, as well as standardised and reduced repair costs. The service features pre-agreed times and prices to repair or replace van parts and can be adapted for the individual requirements of each of Selsia’s fleet clients.

Following an accident or any bodywork damage, fleet managers can go online and notify Selsia of an incident according to the location of the vehicle and the depot. Selsia’s nearest approved accident repair centre can then arrange an immediate inspection of the vehicle.

A thorough estimate is then carried out on SelsiaCentral’s van panel diagrams, including
details of where parts need to be replaced or repaired at the pre-agreed fixed prices. The repairer then submits the estimate, including high-quality images, directly back to the fleet department. The fleet manager can assess immediately if it’s more economical to repair or replace the part before authorising the work to be carried out using a personalised authorisation code.
