This will see the transfer of around 600 vehicles, mostly LCVs but also cars and some HGVs, and the Hendy Hire customer base to SHB nationwide.
According to SHB, the acquisition will increase its fleet offering from 10,500 to over 11,100 vehicles and will be managed via the Head Office at Romsey and the 14 UK branches.
SHB Hire Ltd specialises in supplying customers on a short, flexi, long term and contract hire basis for cars, standard and specialist LCVs and HGVs and specialist units such as mobility, refrigeration and those for highways maintenance.
